Maya and Marcus Go to the Bank is a rhyming children's picture book designed to introduce young children to the value of saving and banking as early as possible. This is accomplished by introducing Maya and Marcus as hardworking and intelligent Black children that are saving for a Mother's Day surprise. This book follows them on their savings journey as they outgrow their piggy banks and open accounts at their local savings bank.
