3rd of 3 colourful picture books featuring the comical adventures of Maxwell the Penguin at the Oasis Safari Park. In this book it's Opening Day at the park so Maxwell decides to make himself a posh bow tie for the occasion. He promises the twins, Beth and Jack, to stay by the lake and not talk to the visitors but when his stomach follows a delicious smell to the tearoom, trouble starts!
