Third, the Revolving Loan Process will present a radical school of thought that shall involve the community and the placement of existing resources in a collaborative and a corroborative mix not previously explored. The centric drive of the "Maximum Citizenry Ascension" (M.C.A.) will present a paragon capable of resolving some of the contemporary social problems and economic ills. By merging the two, social and economic, into a single stratum, segments of the coeval jobless population may experience a conversion to employers. The synergy that has engulfed the M.C.A. will command a paradigm shift from isolation and sequestration to wellness and wholeness.
