Mary, The Clairvoyant: Book Two in The Watertown Chronicles

Mary Sherborn, who inherits the gift of clairvoyance from her Celtic ancestors, is born in the wrong place at the wrong time. Watertown in the Massachusetts Bay Colony in the 17th century is founded by Anglian Puritans who rule from Boston with an iron fist. Even though Mary is devoted to the Puritan faith, a respectable wife and mother, she knows the magistrates have hanged an innocent midwife and others for witchcraft.
