Mars Close to Home

This brief book is a call to common sense on issues of import for centuries to come. Politics have dictated the position NASA takes on almost every issue. The position of the Administration and the funding from the Congress have dictated decisions and actions that no good engineer could arrive at. It is time for a change. The author is a retired scientist and engineer with strong credentials and a heartfelt desire to see NASA step up to addressing the gravity issues, something that they have refused to do for 45 years. Drugs and exercise are not the answer for a three year trip to Mars.
