The IT Industry is still the epitome of Global advancement, and deciding to earn a piece of it is what counts. If you want a big salary, then make it count This volume takes you on a journey into this world, and if you want to achieve in the world of sales, then take the time to read this I have been involved in the computer industry since 1994 and have been immersed in the sales environment for the most part during this time. For 3 years I was a National Examiner for a prominent tertiary institution lecturing Computer Engineers and from there I migrated to the industrial industry where I became an Industrial Cabling Specialist and Industrial Security Commissioning Engineer. I then became a Business Development Manager, and a Product Manager. For many years I have been training sales personnel to acheive greatness in their fields and have been constantly nagged by those people and former clients of mine to put together this book. After much deliberation I finally decided to lay down my thoughts and ideas on paper in the hopes that I can help train more people. My homeland is in Natal, South Africa.
