Manny, the protagonist, is an elementary school student battling self-confidence issues. He often worries about failure and making mistakes. Today, however, presents a significant challenge to his self-efficacy as he takes on the Fire Monitor's responsibility. The question arises: Can he rise to the occasion and succeed in his new role? And, importantly, how will he address his self-esteem concerns in the process?
