Mandy's preschool class is going to have a costume party on Halloween, and Mandy can't wait In fact, she's so excited that she promises her classmates that her costume will be so special that no one will have one like it. She says she's going to surprise them all on Halloween But now Mandy has a problem-she's got to come up with a totally unique Halloween costume that no one else will have...and she's got only a week to do it
