Beskrivelse
early introduction: Since the time of the Rigveda, people have told us about different kinds of fabrics. Gold-hiranya cloth is one of the most well-known. Gods wear it when they are at their best and ride in their chariots. Most of the time, Hiranya cloth has been thought to be the oldest equivalent of zari work on kimkhwabs today (brocades).
India has been known for a long time for its Zari, or golden thread. Along with gold and silver thread (Zari kasab), the Indian Zari industry is known for making embroidery materials like stars and spangles, chalk, campo, kinara, Salma, and badla. Making zari thread and other things is part of the zari craft, as is making thread.
This includes zari-embroidered saris, evening bags, shoes, belts, and shoes, as well as zari textiles and the famous brocades.
