This publication summarizes the most important policy implications of a European Union project carried out between 2002 and 2005. The study is intended to contribute to a debate about the future of full employment in the European Union.
Erik de Gier is a sociologist and director of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences in Nijmegen (the Netherlands). Axel van den Berg is a sociologist at McGilll University in Montreal (Canada).
