Managing Change

Change is the one constant in life. It is inevitable and can be overwhelming at times. Churches also experience all manner of changes including, Missional change, Directional change, Cultural change, Structural change and Pastoral change.

Change must be clearly communicated and managed so it can be understood and implemented effectively in any organization. The purpose of this seminar book "Managing Change" is to explore ways of managing traumatic changes in your life and to examine the process of implementing change in a church organization.
