Beskrivelse
This book aims to study the relationship between two theoretical objects: "Management of strategic competencies" on the one hand, and "Competitiveness" on the other. Competitiveness and innovation are the key words in the inter-firm competitive game. Competitiveness is no longer a race between companies with more or less the same advantages, but is based on the ability to create, assemble and develop skills with high strategic value more quickly than competitors. By taking up the theory of resources, we admit that the competitive advantage of a firm is the result of the alliance of resources constituting strategic competences. Therefore, the acquisition, construction and development of these competencies becomes an imperative for firms. Our objective is to highlight the relationship between the choice and development of strategic competencies and the quest for competitiveness. In order to limit our field of investigation, we have chosen the "SME" as a research field to verify this relationship. The concept "Management" is used to emphasize the dynamic character of strategic competencies.
