Management Motivational Dialectics

Every human being in his thinking is a world, for that reason, his intrinsic being is transformed by himself, through everything that surrounds him as what he hears, feels and observes, that is, the external environment has a degree of responsibility in the change of the person so that his thinking is part of the way of that change. From here, that the human being from his inner being contributes to his self-realization and transformation. That is why a motivational dialectic is the connection of that self-realization and transformation through thought itself.
