THE MEANING OF-AT CROSS ROADS? At crossroads is a point of decision or a critical juncture,as in Because of the proposed merger, the company is standing at the crossroads. This phrase, based on the importance accorded to the intersection of two roads since ancient times, has also been used figuratively just about as long.At a point when a choice must be made; at a point of change. After earning my degree, I'm at a crossroads. I need to figure out which direction my life should take. As a company, we're at a crossroads. We can continue business as usual, or we can take a risk and try to grow. LIFE AT CROSS ROADS No doubt each of us has come to certain crossroads in our lives where we had to decide which way we were going. There are career crossroads, relationship crossroads, financial crossroads, and spiritual crossroads, to name a few. Hardly a day passes that we are not confronted with some decision that may affect that day or week or month, but the choices we make that truly cause a different path for us to take are the ones I want to talk about. When your life is at a crossroad, do you know it-and how do you know it? And how do you make the right choice, will need deep thinking.
