Beskrivelse
Main Munna Hu is the retrospection of a child's journey, starting from being a victim of sexual abuse to living a tyrannous life filled with dilemmas--one he is well-acquainted with. It speaks of how a child's honour is torn to pieces by his own immediate family--from uncles to didis, how his childhood is pulverized by family and neighbours. The inchoate mind of a child sobs to none but somehow accrues all the inner resolution to fight back the devils.
The book also reflects how Munna's credulity and the mightiness (of his childhood) is guarded by gigantic forces of the universe and cannot be demeaned by devils. This force holds Munna's hand in all of his life's tyranny--from friendship to relationships, from soberness to dalliance. Munna's interaction with relationships deceives him from all corners of life. But there is always some grace and light in him that makes Munna display rectitude in every relation, forgiving any kind of retribution and finding inner solace.
