War looms on the horizon. As Kado and his allies strive to allay the seemingly inevitable, the ominous Quell are preparing for an assault the likes of which have not been seen for over a century.

Meanwhile, the Vanixx Corps, a force of death and destruction weave their influence throughout the remaining cities of the planet.
