But when Maggie's Dad gets a new job in the City of Monsters, her family has to move so he can be closer to work! 

Maggie is very upset about leaving her friends behind...and to make matters worse, she's heard that monsters have glowing green skin and long black hair! Imagine that! Convinced that they are moving to a dangerous and scary place, Maggie is determined to never cross paths with a monster. EVER.
