Are you a baby boomer? Or a baby of baby boomers? Then you will be able to identify with the trip that Maddy and Kate take down memory lane as teenagers during the late '60's. This story is about the wonderful, good, bad, tough, loving relationship Maddy and Kate had growing up in the sixties. Maddy, who had moved around a lot in her early years, didn't have time to make long-lasting friendships. She grew up with some quirky habits and a great love for music. Kate grew up in a neighborhood filled with older people and was not able to develop lasting relationships either. When Kate met Maddy, it was like meeting the other half of herself. The two bonded immediately and began a friendship that should last forever.
