Lucy never wanted to get married.
Everything changes when Lucy's pa breaks his leg. Doc is worried it won't set right. If it sets wrong, he will walk with a limp for the rest of his life. Hiring someone on permanently isn't financially feasible.
Lucy decides to do the one thing she never wanted to do, send for a mail order groom.
