VELLI is smooth, ruthless and calculating, with two things on his mental: Finding the whereabouts of the man who sent him to prison and filling the cracks of DC's grimiest streets with that man's blood. Will he fulfill those deadly vows? Or will he be met by death?



STONE'S empire has been picked apart. He knows that he's on borrowed time, but he's not fazed one bit. With a team full of shooters who's locked and loaded, Stone is prepared for those that try to test his mettle. On the flip side, he is trying to tiptoe out of the streets and exit unscarred, but the game hasn't determined whether or not he has paid his pound of flesh.



DAMU is now dominating the game in Tampa, Florida. His brother, Velli, puts him in the crosshairs of his enemies in DC. There's betrayal from within and old foes are seeking revenge at all costs. Can Damu continue to prosper while trying to remain LOYAL TO THE SOIL? Or will he be forced to become downright trifling to survive in a game that has no true rules?
