The third and final play in BBC Radio 4's bittersweet trilogy, 'Lost Property', set in 1941, 1979 and 2011. 'A Telegram from the Queen' was originally broadcast on 17 May 2011 in the 'Afternoon Play' slot. It's 2011, and, as Alice's 100th birthday present, Ruthie sets out to put her family back together again... Starring Rosie Cavaliero as Ruthie, Edna Dor as Alice and Gary Beadle as Ted. Also featured amongst the cast are Daniel Rabin, Stuart McLoughlin, Sean Baker, Jane Whittenshaw, Alex Tregear, Joanna Monro and Sally Orrock.
