Lost in Hypertext

Author Cari Lynn Vaughn examines the television show LOST through the lens of Hypertext, Intertextuality and Reader Response. She discusses the literature referenced in each Season of the show and theorizes how it might provide subtext and insight into the LOST world. The first part of the book is her essay, published in part on the website The Society for the Study of Lost in 2008 and in the journal Esrar in 2010. The second part of the book covers all of Cari's blogs and diary entries about LOST. The third, and final part, chronicles Cari's dreams about the show. Lost in Hypertext is a personal journey that connects with journeys of millions of fans from around the world.
