This is the true story of a woman's life from birth to a few years before her death - my mother. She grew up in a tourist home in Richmond, Virginia, during The Great Depression, fell in love, married, left the marriage due to abuse, and found love and happiness again after moving to Florida, joining a band, and finding someone who treated her well. This is a book of hope for those who are living with abuse and worry that there's nothing out there if they leave. This is a book of reminiscence for those who lived through The Great Depression or know somebody else who did. It's a book of entertainment for pet lovers and lovers of life in general.
