Lost-But Nerver Forgotten

How when an industry closes down for whatever reason the people that were employed within that industry face many problems not just financial but human where they have lived within a community that takes care of itself has more significance than the loss of employment. The effect on others not employed by that industry such as the shops and schools that have supported that community will also suffer those consequences.
