Lorellei: The Little Red Book

In a Dystopian world, the government put dissenters to work "for the good of society", in either agriculture or casinos. Rachael is a young woman with Traditionalist parents. Traditionalists are considered the worst of all dissenters. She and her family are taken at night, and suddenly she faces the choice between sticking to her beliefs, and facing death, or becoming the casinos top "Lottery Girl" and saving her sisters.

Rachael is intrigued by the shiny, rich world of the casino manager. Ryan Cormack is the youngest casino manager in the country, famous for being able to get things done, and deal with troublemakers. The two clash, and both seem equally as stubborn and driven as the other. Ryan Cormack has the eye of the nation upon him, and Rachael, under the stage name of Lorellei, is seen as an inspiration by the other casino girls for her headstrong opposition to the system that oppresses them.

Will Rachael be able to keep her family safe, and bring down the oppressive casino system, or will she get lost in the wealth and temptations of fame?
