Originally set for SATB choir, this simple chorale is a beautiful addition to the sacred music repertoire. Truly written as a "choral" work, be it brass or vocal, there are no extended solos to be found here. It is scored for 2 trumpets, 2 horns, 2 trombones, and tuba. Because of the simplicity of the writing, this work is easy to learn and accessible to all audiences.
