Looking Out

She figured what he said was a compliment so she smiled and looked out the window. The scenery outside didn't match the battle that was playing out within her. The sun was shining bright and high. A light breeze was blowing that cut into the heat of the sun. The two hovercrafts carrying the others flew past them.
