This book is based on the two key competencies that should be worked on from the beginning of the Early Childhood Education stage and to which preferential attention should be given. These are logical-mathematical and literacy, two skills that are becoming more and more important in early childhood classrooms. It is in this stage where children will acquire a series of knowledge, will live new experiences, develop attitudes and behavioral norms, etc. Therefore, the teacher's task is to develop these skills through stimulation and play. These skills are related to the initial learning of literacy and logical-mathematical skills, since these are the basic tools in the child's development, both academically and socially.
