Two years after the fight in Washington D.C, the world has known peace. However, the world also learned of the elite Delta Squad's existence and what they did.

Feeling a void in this new world, the nations of the world decide to create their own version of the Squad. Their resurgence angers the villains of old, and they issue the new team their first challenge.

Worse yet, the enemies of the squad plan to unleash a horrific nano virus into the air that turns anyone it infects into a mindless killer.
