This manuscript was prepared for critically ill patients with Mental Disorders. That still today suffer prejudice in relation to the disease. People generally tend not to understand and accept what is not visible. It's easier to deny and pretend it doesn't exist. And to think that the suffering of mental disorder is able to achieve changes for itself. And do things differently. This thought only reinforces us how unknown it is. The mechanisms that lead to mental illness. The form of this manual is simple and succinct.
