Living Echoes from Scripture

Many Christians will agree that the Bible is a living book. A verse read may instantly strike a chord and seem to speak directly to the person looking at it. LIVING ECHOES FROM SCRIPTURE goes beyond this. It takes up a number of Bible themes and makes them relevant to life now ? especially in the church. After looking at two separate striking incidents from long ago, three pairs of chapters deal specifically with what is happening in the church today. Finally two chapters propose remedies for the dreadful ills which have been identified.
