Living a Dream

Twenty years ago the author had a dream of taking early retirement and traveling around the country on his own terms. It began with a cross country trip to New Mexico to escape a harsh Michigan winter. It continued with him falling in love with a woman who would eventually become his wife. Together, they indulged in their love of travel. Their first adventure was in a camper van which they used to escape Michigan's harsh winters. After their second winter in the van, they decided to become full-time RVers. For the next eight years, they lived in their fifth-wheel, traveling around the country. This is their story.
