NYPD HOMCIDE #4 - A SEQUEL TO LIMOUSINE. An Ex NYPD lieutenant gets shot to death in a busy cafeteria by a well known criminal. Both of the lead NYPD Homicide Squad detectives, Alan Smith and Alicia Quinn gets suspended from the NYPD for various reasons as they starts consulting with the FBI with a case where a decorated federal judge has been murdered, in exchange for the case files of the case where Quinn's father was killed by a serial killer called Knife Stalker, and who is still in the wind. As the NYPD starts trying to find the criminal - Donovan, FBI uncovers some more secrets about the Judge Case and soon they find out it is bigger than they imagined it was. They starts uncovering more facts, and finds out that the victim was also involved with a drug dealer. Why would the judge sell or use drugs when he is already deep in the law enforcement business and has got no shortage of money? Quinn continues her freelancing as well and stumbles onto some shocking truth about her father's death that is going to change the way she looked at her life, forever. Meanwhile the Knife Stalker is still out there, waiting, watching, stalking, trying to figure out who is going to be his next victim.
