Beskrivelse

Little Peter is not a boy, but a soul that helps to ensure that there are more and more good souls in the world. This soul slips into a child when it is born and it stays until its 10th birthday.Furtheron the own soul has to be enough for the child to grow up and become a good person.Unfortunately, this does not always succeed, but if it has worked, then it can become a new soul, which helps children in the first years of life"Little Peter" is a series that begins with this book. This time the good soul has chosen a boy in Egypt, who flees Egypt together with other people and his parents. These refugees were promised a homeland where they could settle and live in peace, the "Promised Land".The way is long and arduous. Will they find their destination? What do they experience on the way there?-: -Oh, that's funny, you'll say when you read this at the very beginning. I'll tell you a story about a boy who is always alive and never gets older than 10 years. Yes and then it is not even a real boy but only a "soul"? What is a "soul"?A complete human being has arms, legs, a torso and a head and they are made of flesh, bones and skin. You can touch them and press them. The soul is something completely different, it's somehow inside of you. Nobody knows exactly where, but it is different with every person. You probably know other children who laugh at jokes you can't laugh at, who do things you would never do, like tormenting an animal, stealing someone else's toy or spanking your friend. This has nothing to do with the "solid person" of flesh, bone and skin. It's something you can't grasp. If you've broken a window in the neighbourhood, you'll probably go to mum or dad and say that because you're sorry and you don't think it's right what you've done, because you want to fix it too. But other people think that no one needs to know, that they won't get caught and that they don't care what happens to other people's things. It all has to do with the soul. You laugh, cry, suffer with other people because you feel something and because you know inside what is good, right and wrong or bad. You are angry because you have been wronged and sometimes when you see how this happens to others. Is there such a thing that a soul moves from one to another? Honestly, I don't know that either. I only know the soul of little Peter and that's how I was told about. But I believe that's the truth. Once you know Peter's soul, you know it's a good soul. Yes, and children with good souls don't lie.One more thing about the story: I'm telling you a story that I know from the Bible. You may have heard it before. But something different happens here and there than what is written in the Bible. That has to be like this, because I tell the story as if there had been a little boy who went with the Israelites on the way to the "Promised Land".So don't be bothered if you know the story differently. The story from the Bible is just right for this, because the Israelites also fled from Egypt and sought their "Promised Land". Today's refugees think that our country is a promised land because everyone is so much better off there than the refugees in their homeland. For many of them this is really true, because where they lived they had nothing to eat, could not live well or were always treated badly by others. The refugees leave everything behind, take only what they can carry and set off on a very arduous journey, for which they also have to pay a great deal of money. You have probably heard about the fact that time and again boats are found on the Mediterranean near Italy, which are broken and on which so many people, men, women and children are on board that these boats very often sink and some of the people drown in them.Would you leave all your things behind for something like that, walk for weeks through a hot desert and then risk going down with a broken boat
