Little Man is a children’s book for young boys of color. Often times African American children, especially young boys, are viewed as a threat or less than in society. Little Man goes against that narrative. The goal of this book is to celebrate boys of color at an early age, so they grow up realizing that their uniqueness is what makes them beautiful.
