Beskrivelse
Little Lucy's Family tells the story of how Lucy's adoptive parents traveled to Russia to adopt her, how they brought her home, and how they ultimately became a happy family. With the increase in parents adopting from overseas, ethnically-mixed families are becoming more common, yet they still face unique issues. This book addresses many of those issues in ways that children can understand and appreciate, and it helps children celebrate their past while realizing the love they have in their new families. While Lucy is from Russia, the lessons in this book are universal to children adopted from any country.
