In Book 11 of 'The Adventures of Little Lee' series, Little Lee finds himself in Rome along with his friends The year is 1572 Little Lee is a famous architect The renowned Count Fermi asks Little Lee to build a 'Unique and One of a Kind' fountain in Rome This makes a local architect, Nicolo, extremely furious Nicolo messes with the fountain so that water would hit the audience instead of spouting upward So, at inauguration, Count Fermi and his friends get drenched, but astonishingly, Count Fermi loves the idea and names Little Lee's fountain, 'The Laughing Fountain'
