Little Healers: Relax to SleepThis book was designed as a bedtime story for parents or caregivers to read to their little ones to begin establishing healthy bedtime rituals and learn how to use their breath to calm down, relax their bodies and release their day before they go to sleep.
It teaches kids mindfulness while also showing them tools for energy healing therapy. I hope this book brings comfort at the end of the day and sets the foundation for a good night's sleep.
