This book is dedicated to girls and women of color. It addresses anyone who has ever felt less than, ridiculed and put down because of their complexion; light or dark. As African American females - Black women we shouldn't down anyone of our sisters because no one is capable dictating what complexion they'll be coming out the womb. We are one. This mentality stems hundreds of years ago to put us against one another.
