'Life through a Leaf' describes an ex-addicts life of umanageable chaos that drugs brought him. The book runs through various stages of addiction and then looks at what helped him gain recovery and abstinence from all mind altering substances. Based on his own life story, Nigel wanted to bring awareness of the drug cannabis as there was not alot of information for people regarding this socially accepted problematic drug.
