Life in the Wilderness

At times, the wilderness is a place of darkness, a place of confusion, or a place in which no understanding of the circumstances can be found. Other seasons in the wilderness become the occasions when God imparts divine understanding, revelation, and richness to believers. In the wilderness is where the believer comes under God's sheltering wings and draws from His endless provisions. By learning to trust the Lord, even in the dry, empty, desolate places of life, a foundation is built. And it is in the wilderness that God's wondrous beauty and glory are discerned.
