About the Book
The book "Developmental Level. The maturity of the partner" is the core of the entire Formula of Love series. It consolidates contradictory conclusions into a single semantic construction and explains why the same recommendations are beneficial for one couple and destructive for another.
The book begins by analyzing levels of human development and maturity. We will review the leading theories of development and indicators of maturity, and discuss the concepts of maturity and adulthood. We will understand what emotional maturity is, what it involves, and its importance in harmonious romantic relationships.
Then, to make it easier to understand modern theories of human development, we will build on Z. Freud's historically first comprehensive theory of development, the "Theory of Psychosexual Stages," which laid the foundation for understanding development. After that, we will move on to the most important developmental theories of Erikson and Piaget, including neopiagetian theories.
