The Boliviano Family has fortuned a dynasty employing the Black Market. A name passed from generations, the Bolivianos have progressed through changes of time, wars, and natural humanistic evolution. Cipher Inc the Saga's story is generational Black Market to Business transition. This change is viewed as a natural reaction to conscious awakened by philosophical morality. Its focus is urge, rage, and a seriousness of need for change. Consider for instance, an unwanted scar, regret, or, a serious need for clear sub-conscious. Further, realization that mistakes lead to problems; and, problems take time to repair. Kiernan, the stories main character, is next to inherit the name, Boliviano.
