Beskrivelse
Painted like British soldiers by the school children of First Baptist School to celebrate Charleston, SC's 300th birthday, the local fire hydrants come to life to protect the city. Charleston as a cosmopolitan city has hydrants of different nationalities such as the narrator Maurice who is a French Huguenot. They may argue and boast, but when danger strikes, they are courageous and dependable to protect the historic buildings and work with the Fire Department.
