I write this book aims to let any organization leaders can attempt to apply psychological methods to predict whether their in-house facility management service is enough in oreder to improve performance and raise more satisfactory feeling to their customers.
I believe that FM may influence customers emotion , when they enter any shops to prepare to buy any products in any shops, or students learning emotion , when they are learning in schools. I shall explain how FM can bring economic benetits.
