This is a Special Edition that includes a SPECIAL SECRET 2-PAGE PROPOSAL which the authors hopes for financial institutions including investment banks, hedge funds and investors to read. It focuses on investing in art, based on Mr. Zubiri's idea that his several memoirs of his artistic life and views would make his art known and desired by art collectors and investors in the long run, enough for financial institutions to find ways to make his art profitable for them. His idea explains that if pricing doubles exponentially, then everyone can report a gain in their assets in their financial statements, but this will work and will work faster if all companies concentrate on one artist, and the sooner companies and individuals participate, the sooner the price points are reached. While the idea might be novel, it is his memoirs that will ultimately justify the pricing in the long run, an accomplishment that not too many artists have. He also believes that the ownership can be traded or exchanged, or creatively reported in the financial statements, immediately, even before the delivery of the art. All artists struggle, wondering how to make ends meet while doing their art. As an artist, I went to figure drawing sessions until I got really good at drawing naked bodies. I thought the next stage in learning was to be able to touch the body. I had also been on television and print for my activism through art. I needed to up the ante. As a writer, then, I already had a monthly column on the arts. I was ready for my next move. I wanted to write books-memoirs and related stories. I became a masseur to kill two, or even ten, birds with one stone. To touch the body and improve my figurative art and pay the rent. Maybe I will find a story from the adventure... but the story found me I met Celebrities, Authors, Taxi Drivers, Actors, Singers, Radio Personalities, Hustlers, Leaders, Art & Auction Experts, CEOs, Chairmen of the Board They all had something to share to keep the flame going for people like me who are not yet successful The hour-long massages for them became, to me, inspiring, wonderful hour-long mentoring sessions of leaders and dreamers who have achieved their goals. I was looking to write my story, but they gave me their valuable real-world teachings.
