With over thirty years as a leadership and leadership development researcher and practitioner, Dr. Marianne Roux observed that though there is a significant financial investment in leadership development; results are lacklustre, development does not stick, behaviours do not change, and the quality of leadership does not improve. Leaders are increasingly overwhelmed and teams are burnt out and stressed.

Marianne's recent PhD research focused on models of leadership and leadership development that are a better fit for the complex future we face.
