Even if you are a Christian, you may not be very familiar with the book of Titus.
The book of Titus is a power-packed but often avoided little book. Titus, 1 Timothy, and 2 Timothy are known as the pastoral epistles. 1 Timothy and 2 Timothy seem to get more attention than Titus for some reason.
The Apostle Paul, knowing that he was coming to the end of his life, wrote to Timothy and Titus, two young men that he called his true sons in the faith, indicating he had led them to the Lord. Since these are the last books that Paul wrote, they contain critical information that the apostle wanted these devoted disciples to know.
One of the many things we can learn in the book of Titus is how to look for good leaders for the church. This book explores the leadership qualities that Paul lays out in the book of Titus and encourages us to look for leaders like the ones Paul described for your church today.
