Leaders are saddled with enormous responsibilities, which calls for urgent attention and dedication. To be more specific, one of the core responsibilities of leaders in the church is to broker gifts, that is, helping people to discover their gifts and creating enabling environments for them to exercise their God-given gifts. In this book, Ebenezer Afolabi explains leadership and the functions of leaders in the church, exegetes two pivotal Bible texts (Romans 12:4-8 and 1 Corinthians 12:4-12), explains the operations of each spiritual gift listed in the texts, and suggests practical ways a leader can broker the gifts on his or her team.
