It features dozens of practical exercises that will make you think, develop your point of view, and discover your approach to self-leadership. Most of the exercises are tried and tested by emerging leaders in many countries. Lead Your Self is designed to build Self-Awareness, Connection and Transformation ("ACT").Readers will have the advantage of developing themselves at their own pace. Lead Your Self is the first part of To Be a Leader, and is followed by Lead Great People and Lead Your World, which together enable readers to better lead Self, Others, and our work in the World ("SOW"), the three levels of leadership.
